MY STORY OF GOING FROM

Burned out failing business → to calm full time income

After having babies I really struggled with my business. I became determined to bring it back to life after my second maternity leave, but that determination soon led to burn out. I was listening to so many coaches, trying to do all the things and it left me a mess. I was badly burned out, not getting enough sleep, putting weight back on and my business was barely making $3K a YEAR.

While I learned a lot, I realised I was only capable of so much. So after taking some time off, and only ticking my business along in small ways (no more client work and a lot less content creation), in 2022 I decided I was ready to get back into things full time again.

I began building out digital products and taking on manageable client jobs.  I then joined WAIM which instantly felt like the guidance I needed.

I now have a profitable (good full time income) without the burn out and honestly the most peaceful business I have ever had.

I am able to take time off when I need to and I don't feel pressure to be doing all the things. My business works around my life rather than my life trying to fit around my business.

I started out as an Etsy seller in 2007 and then moved into graphic design and branding services. Business was going well while I was young and could dedicate lots of time to it.

However after having my 2 boys, I could no longer juggle both and my business crashed and so did my health.
