Lol, good to know other people love wooden spoons too!

Thank you for posting these! I can show them to my other half and prove to him that I am not crazy by being in such awe with wood spoons. I have this obsession … every time we travel i get few as my souvenir … I think when bought as souvenirs they can be perfect reminders of your time spend in that place!

These photos are delightful! It’s inspired me to get the camera out and into the kitchen…:)

these are so sweet. i collect spoons actually. mostly metal but i do have one beautiful wooden one from penland school of craft.

I LOVE wooden spoons. When I was in Lithuania a few years ago, I bought my mom this little one with the most adorably, grotesque devil on the handle. :) Now every time I go there, I look for more devils to add to her collection (odd? lol you would have to understand Lithuanian culture). I’ve found plenty of devils, but none on wooden spoons again.

Me too! I’ve been wanting to for a while. I think that what’s in the jar in the top photo is this handmade spoon wax, which I want to make as well to polish all the spoons I don’t yet have. :)
