Hi Tabitha Emma, that is awesome. My husband is from Bathurst and most of his family still live there. We might move there one day, perhaps. I am in love with The Hub cafe.

i still need to go to the hub, everyone is always saying how great it is. My husband said, it was the place you would take someone for a date.

Yes, true. They do a great chai tea in a pot, and bread and butter pudding (in winter) and sweet potato salad (I stole that recipe)… All good! There are some other great cafe’s in town apparently but I can’t go past the Hub!
