The other day there was a knock at the door, I wasn’t expecting any parcels that day, so it was a wonderful surprise. A box full of Element Eden goodies, for my bike. I have had my bike since I was about 12, so it was probably due a little makeover. Amazingly the colours I was sent match my old bike perfectly, and gave it the perfect summer makeover, ready for little rides to the park for a picnic or a ride to the corner store.  As you see above my old bell was very rusted and worn, so just adding a new bell, instantly gave the bike new life! And I have always wanted a basket, as I used to tie a calico bag to the front when going out, so this cute basket is just perfect!

Inside the basket was a lovely picnic rug, the perfect size to take take and still have room in the basket for treats and a book to read.

My little basket also contained these lovely recipe cards, illustrated by Bec Winnel. So I can’t wait to get baking and head to park for a picnic!
