We had some bananas that looks close to expiring, so I thought since we were also low on sweet snacks, to make banana bread. But creative me never being able to stick to a recipe, decided to make choc-banana bread madeleines. So they would be bite sized, rather than a loaf. It is so much more convenient! No cutting a slice, just grab a bite! And they cook through well. Banana bread sometimes tends to cook nice outside then is a little gooey inside.

You need:
125g butter
1 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 bananas
2 cups flours
1 egg
1tsp bi-carb
pinch salt

-Cream butter and sugar
-Add egg and mix, then add mashed bananas.
-Stir in dry ingredients.
-Spoon into prepared tins.
-Bake at 180 for 12-13 min.
-Allow them to cool then enjoy!

Oh my goodness, these look delicious! I know exactly what those bananas on my counter are going to be used for now.
